Montreal police (SPVM) are asking for the public’s assistance in a fatal hit-and-run investigation. This incident occurred on September 30 in the Ville-Marie borough of Montreal.

Details of the Incident

At approximately 3:45 a.m., a black Audi RS5 traveling westbound on René-Lévesque Boulevard West allegedly struck a pedestrian at the intersection of Peel Street. The victim later succumbed to their injuries.

The driver fled the scene without stopping. The vehicle continued westward on René-Lévesque Boulevard before turning south onto Lucien-L’Allier Street.

Vehicle Description and Public Appeal

Police have released photos of the suspect’s vehicle. They believe the car may have damage on the front passenger side, including the bumper and rear-view mirror.

Anyone with information is urged to call 911 or contact Info-Crime anonymously. Information leading to an arrest could result in a reward of up to $5,000.
