Two Men Arrested in Connection with Death of Michael Allen Harrington

Two men have been arrested and charged related to the death of Michael Allen Harrington in Winnipeg last month.

Larry Walter Richard-Hall, 19, is charged with second-degree murder. Conrad Jesse Fiddler, 27, is charged with manslaughter.

Police were called on December 21 to an apartment suite on Lydia Street, between Bannatyne and William avenues. They found Harrington, 42, in critical condition. He died three days later in the hospital.

Fiddler was arrested on December 22 for aggravated assault related to Harrington’s injuries. He remained in the Provincial Remand Centre on January 12 when homicide investigators upgraded his charges to manslaughter.

Richard-Hall was arrested on January 8 on Isabel Street, just off William Avenue.
